| Abstract: | The concept of "a comprehensively comfortable standard of living" put forward in the 16[th] session is the crystallization of the collective leadership of three generations, shows the ideals, wills and emotions of Chinese, indicates the unification of multi-formulations of our modernization in the future 20 years and draws the outline of our prospect of future development. |
