船舶排油监控系统的硬件设计

摘    要:文章在现有排油监控系统的基础上,通过研究设计出一套基于PLC控制的排油监控系统。并介绍了PLC控制系统硬件结构及设计、工作原理以及设计PLC控制系统的基本原则和步骤。根据监控要求设计了外部设备的电气控制与自动控制线路,主要包括设备的启停、状态信号、故障信号、和信号采集等。

Abstract:Based on the current oil discharge monitoring system,the paper designs a new oil discharge monitoring system on the basis of PLC control system.Firstly,the hardware structure,design,working principle of PLC control system,as well as the design principle and procedures are introduced in the paper.Moreover,the electrical control circuit and automatic control circuit of the external equipment are desgined as the monitoring system required,including start and stop of the equipment,status signal,fault signal and data collection,etc.
