| 摘 要： | “十七大”报告指出，转变经济发展方式，是关系国民经济全局的重大战略任务。转变经济发展方式对于提高经济发展质量和效益，把经济社会发展切实转入全面协调可持续发展的轨道，具有重要意义。应抓住主要环节、采取行之有效措施，加快经济发展方式的转变。

| Abstract: | The Report of 17th Congress of CPC pointed out that the transformation of economic development mode is urgent and important strategic task for overall national economy.It is significant for improving the quality and efficiency of economic development and converting the social economy development into the track of coordinated and sustainable development.We should seize the key issues and take effective measures to speed up the transformation of economic development mode. |
