| 摘 要： | "十二五"期间,西藏自治区政府明确提出了坚持可持续发展,以构筑重要的生态安全屏障和建设生态西藏为目标。矿产资源作为西藏有战略意义和产业优势的特色产业,必须正确处理生态保护与资源开发的关系,坚持把生态环境承载能力作为发展经济、开发资源的先决条件和基本依据,有序高效利用资源。

| Abstract: | In the period of "Twelfth Five-Year Plan",Tibet Autonomous Region government put forward clearly to insist on sustainable development,in order to build the important ecological security barrier and the construction of ecological Tibet as the goal.As mineral resources in Tibet has strategic significance and industrial advantage characteristic industry,we must correctly handle the relationship between ecological protection and resources development,adhere to the ecological environmental carrying capacity as the development of economy,the development of the prerequisite resource and basic basis,orderly and efficient use of resources. |
