It is increasingly urgent for us to seek an effcetive stimulating system with the deepening of enterprise reform and the further establishing of market economy.The Executive Stochk Options which was widely adopted by the westen world and was proved to be successful was gradually cared about more and more in our country and some state-owned enterprises and private high-tech enterprises in some big or middle-sized cities have experimented with it.In these experiments,they found the restrictive factors in markets,laws and rules,and the inner structure of the enterprieses.And this article will try to probe into these bottle neck factors,at the same time,to bring forward some suggestions.
