大学生情绪调节的偏好——表达抑制还是认知重评

摘    要:本文探讨西安地区大学生情绪调控策略,采用ERQ问卷,对1141大学生接受了(ERQ)的初测和1059大学生进行了重测。结果表明:男女大学生在认知重评策略方面存在显著性差异;不同年级大学生在认知重评策略方面存在显著性差异;不同院校大学生在认知重评和表达抑制方面都存在显著性差异。

Abstract:To explore (ERQ) on studying University students emotion and regulation strategy in Xi'an area. 1141 University students were surveyed with ERQ firstly and 1059 secondly. Result: significant difference was found between male and female on the cognitive reappraisal aspect; significant difference was also found in different grades on the cognitive reappraisal aspect; significant difference was also found in different Universities on the both cognitive reappraisal and expression inhibition aspects.
