Discussion about the Valuation and Compensation during Compulsory Purchase of Housing

In the past, the content of compensation for the housing which is compulsory purchased is not clear and integrated. It is confused not only between the compensation and the allowance for low-income families, and between the compensation and the assessed value also. After the compulsory purchase of housing and compensation on the sate-owned land ordinance published, the status will be improved. But there are still many problems are not clear, the local government should publish more complementary measures to guarantee the fairness of the compulsory purchase of housing.
