| Abstract: | From the point of view of history development,the payment tools have to consider the standard cost of circulation,use and save cost,requirements,and must be fair value.At the same time,but also restricted by economic development,social culture,financial and legal environment.Sometimes,war and other emergencies will have a significant impact on the emergence and development of means of payment. |
