摘    要:高速线材精轧机组采用集体传动、十架连轧,出口速度为70m/s。普通钢铁轧辊易磨损,轧制时难于保证连轧关系,且产品精度较低,而硬质合金轧辊以碳化钨作为基体材料,以金属钴或钴和镍为粘结材料制成,具有硬度高、耐磨损的性能,被广泛应用于高速线材精轧机组。但碳化钨轧辊在使用过程中很易碎裂,通过对碎裂原因进行分析,试图找出减少碎裂的途径。

Abstract:The high-speed wire-rod mills adopt collective transmissiion,continuous rolling of ten rollhousings with the discharing speed of 70 m/s.Ordinary iron and steel rollers are easily abraded and hardly guarantee the relation of continuous rolling during the process of rolling,and the precision of products is comparably low,while hard alloy rollers made from tungsten carbide as the matrix material,using metal cobalt or cobalt and nickel as adhesion material.have the property of high hardness and good rubfastness and hence are widely applied in the high-speed wire-rod mills.But the tungsten carbide rollers are apt to spinter during the utilization.Through the analysis of the causes of splinter,we'll try to find out the method to cut down the splinters.
