| 摘 要： | WTO一直将规避反倾销令的反规避问题视为现行反倾销规则谈判不可分割的组成部分。然而,到目前为止,WTO关于反规避规则的非正式磋商仍没有取得实质性进展。WTO成员有必要在目前多哈回合谈判的“休眠期”重新审视国际反规避规则谈判中存在的问题。在WTO有关反规避议题的非正式磋商中,日本、韩国对规避与反规避问题所采取的保守立场很有代表性。但无论如何,对反规避问题采取肯定一切或否定一切的态度都是不足取的。

| Abstract: | Good performance is desired when LDPC codes are applied in an OFDM system, whereas channel estimation error will affect the decoder. In this paper, effect of channel information estimation error on the performance of LDPC - OFDM system is analyzed . The principle and simulation results indicate that channel estimation error brings improvement or decrease in SNR of extrinsic information, thus decoding is accelerated or destroyed. |
