| Abstract: | In the condition of market economy,primary quality inspection organization faced some difficuties such as no financial allocation and shortage of funds.It was put forward that the key of overcoming the difficulties is that enhancing staff's quality,reforming technique and developing the fields of service so that income will be increased and vitality will be maintained. |
