大连市发展港口物流问题研究

为顺应国家振兴东北计划,加快推进大连建设东北亚国际航运中心的步伐,我们应该突破原有港口作为单一交通枢纽基础设施的观念,结合现代物流的功能要求,大力发展大连的港口物流业。包括正确选择物流发展模式,对港口资源进行重新整合,使港口功能适应未来国际集装箱多式联运和国际物流网络节点的要求等,把大连建设成现代物流中心,以全面提升港口及城市竞争力。

Research on Developing Port Logistics of Dalian

In order to develop a northeast plan, sped Dalian to constuct international shipping center of northeast Asia, we should break original idea which the port is only transportation vital, combining the function request of modern logistics, devel- oping the port logistics industry of Dalian. We should choice a proper develop mode of logistics, integrate the port resources, make the port function meet the request of international container multimodal transport and international logistics network node in the future. So we can make Dalian a modern logistics center, and promote port and city competition ability completely.
