摘    要:补偿收缩混凝土是近年来针对超长现浇混凝土结构发展起来的一种新的混凝土品种,通过在普通混凝土中掺入一定数量的膨胀剂,水化后产生一定量的体积膨胀,在钢筋和邻位的约束下,在结构中建立0.2MPa~0.8MPa预压应力,这一预压应力可抵消混凝土在硬化过程中产生的收缩拉应力,从而使混凝土不裂不渗,实现混凝土结构的超长无缝施工。这种材料的运用,为施工单位提供了控制房屋质量的有效保证。为此,本文结合一些实践经验,总结了补偿收缩混凝土控制裂缝的原理,并论述了补偿收缩混凝土的具体施工技术。

Abstract:Shrinkage-compensating concrete is a new kind of concrete developed from cast-in-place poured concrete structure in recent years. Through adding some amount of expansion agent in ordinary concrete, after its hydration could produce some volume of expansion, under the eonstraints of steel and adjacent place, establishing 0.2 MPa-0.8 MPa compressivepre-stress, which could offset the stress of concrete hardening process so that there are no concrete cracks and leakage and achieve the long-term of concrete seamless construction. The use of this kind of material could ensure the housing quality for construction companies. Combing the practical experienee, the paper summarizes the theory of shrinkage compensating concrete and discusses the specific construction technology of shrinkage compensating concrete.
