| 摘 要： | 资产证券化的意义已不仅仅局限于化解流动性风险,更是金融市场与金融中介的关键结合点。通过分析资产证券化的基本功能及运行流程,对我国资产证券化的发展现状进行了总结,指出现阶段中国资产证券化发展面临的主要问题,并提出了对应的发展策略建议。

| Abstract: | The significance of asset securitization not only lies in resolving the liquidity risks,but also it's the critical interface for financial markets and financial intermediaries.By analyzing the basic functions and operational processes of asset securitization,the paper summarizes the current situation of asset securitization development in China,points out the major problems facing the development of asset securitization,and proposes the corresponding recommendations for development strategies. |
