| 摘 要： | 传统的国际直接投资理论较好地解释了外国直接投资对东道国所带来的产业安全问题。近年来,中国利用外商直接投资取得了巨大的发展,也呈现出一些新动向。外商直接投资对中国经济发展起到了一定的推动作用,但与之俱来的是其通过对品牌、技术、股权、市场的掌控来实现对我国整体行业、关键行业、地区产业的控制,进而对国家产业安全构成一定的威胁。
