| 摘 要： | 普通高校体育学科师资队伍建设在师德教育、队伍结构等方面存在着问题和不足,加强体育师资队伍建设应强化师德规范,严把质量关,加大培训力度,完善内部管理机制,使其适应新形势的要求。

To strengthen the establishment of teacher staffs,we should intensify the norms of morality,control the quality,increase training and perfect inner management mechanism to the needs of new situation. |
