| 摘 要： | 中小企业是国民经济中一支活跃的力量.根据政府政策的变迁,本文将中小企业发展的政策和服务体系的国内研究划分为四个阶段.以政策时期为线索,本文回顾了关于中小企业发展的政策和服务支持体系的研究文献.其中,政策支持体系包括产业、法律、财税和国际化支持四个方面;服务支持体系包括金融、信息咨询和技术服务三个方面.
