| 摘 要： | 在内生的货币金融体系下，财政作为另外一层意义上的货币政策，可以在很大程度上改变银行和企业的资产负债表，调节资本存量和收入分配，从而对经济增长的稳定发挥重要作用。结合中国宏观经济运行状况，具体考察了财政政策手段对宏观经济、企业及货币供应量的影响，发现财政政策只有和货币政策协调配合使用，才能达到存量与流量的平衡，从而保证经济的稳定增长。

| Abstract: | Fiscal policy plays an important part in promoting economic growth.Many foreign and domestic scholars have made detailed analysis and demostration about it.Based on which,the author will further review the relationship of public finance and growth from the view of endogenetic money supply.In the endogenetic monetary economic system,fiscal policy,in some ways,is a kind of money policy,which could change the balance sheet of bank and firms,adjust capital storage quantity and income allocation.It is vital to the stability of economic growth. |
