促进民营企业跨国并购的对策研究

On Strategies for Private Enterprises' Cross-Border M&As

Cross-border M&As is an important means for the domestic private enterprises in their overseas expansion. The capital utilized in such practice is not big so far, for the private enterprises have obstacles such as discrimination of ownership, deficiency of corporate institution. The paper suggests that the government take measures to encourage the private enterprises to increase the scale of cross-border M&As by instituting favorable policies, improving adminis ration systems and instituting supportive regulations.
