| Abstract: | The article makes a preliminary research on the essential properties of urban land intensive utilization on the basis of analyzing the discussions of the urban land intensive utilization and in the light of its present situation and the land utilizing features. The article appraises the urban land intensive utilization from the quantitative angle and puts forward the solution and methods of the urban land intensive utilization. |
