| 摘 要： | 文章研究了利用模糊数学方法,将模糊综合评判理论应用于对ERP实施时机决策,建立影响ERP实施的因素体系,构造隶属函数建立数学模型,通过数据处理与分析确定最佳ERP实施时机,克服了传统决策方法的种种弊端,对于ERP的实施时机决策提供了一条新的可行途径。

| Abstract: | Utilizing the fuzzy mathematics method ,this paper uses the theory of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in determining opportune moment for the implementation of ERP. A system of factors affecting the implementation of ERP was established,as well as a mathematic model by build-up the subordinate function. Through data processing and analysing, we can decide the best opportune moment for the implementation of ERP. It overcome the defects of the traditional decision method and offer a new feasible way. |
