| Abstract: | With the popularization and development of the concept of leisure, urban-based leisure activities and constructing a leisure city have become a new and forward research field in urban development. The paper, based on the study of the influencing factors of urban-hased activities and setting up urban leisure system, makes a preliminary exploration of building a leisure city. |
