| 摘 要： | 在市场竞争日益激烈的今天。供应链管理已经成为企业整合资源的重要手段。良好的供应链合作关系是有效进行供应链管理的基础．而信息非对称性是供应链合作关系的基本特性之一。为此，有必要对非对称信息下供应链合作关系形成的机理及其博弈关系进行研究。

| Abstract: | Facing an increasingly warm competitive market,supply chain management is being emphasized as one of the most important management strategies to integrate the resource of overall supply chain.And,a steady supply chain cooperating relationship could be an important foundation of running a supply chain efficiently,but unfortunately information is unsymmetrical in the relationship,thus,it is very necessary to study mechanism of supply chain cooperating relationship under unsymmetrical information environment. |
