知识经济下的日本知识产权保护及对我国的借鉴意义

作为一个资源缺乏、面积小而人口多的国家，日本在不到50年的时间里，就从二战后的废墟上崛起，建立了高度发达的现代工业社会。在促进日本经济高速发展的诸多因素中，知识产权对日本经济的迅速发展起到了重要的作用。因此，借鉴日本的经验，系统地研究日本的知识产权保护政策、法律制度以及企业对知识产权的保护状况，对我国的知识产权保护和经济建设，大有裨益。

The Lessons for China Drawn from Japan''''s Protection of Intellectual Property Rights under Knowledge Economy

Japan, as a country with a relatively large population, a small territorial area and limited resources, has been built into a highly advanced industrial country out of the ruins of WWII in less than fifty years' time. Of the various factors that have promoted the high-speed economic development of the country, the successful protection of intellectual property tights has played a crucial role. Therefore it would obviously be beneficial for the protection of intellectual property tights and economic construction of China if we could make systematic studies of Japan's intellectual property rights protection policies, its relevant legal system and the current situation of its protection of intellectual property tights of businesses.
