摘    要:在WTO“后过渡期”里,我国国内零售业市场将以前所未有的力度向国外零售企业开放,其生存和发展的国内环境将有较大的改变。顺应并积极迎接这种改变即成为我国零售业在新时期发展的关键。然而我国零售业目前存在的规模小、信息不畅和调控不利等问题制约着企业的发展。所以必须对WTO“后过渡期”里我国零售业存在的几个代表性问题入手,探讨出解决对策。以期能为我国国内零售业在WTO“后过渡期”的发展提供有益的参考。

Abstract:In China,the retail market will be opened to foreign retail enterprises at a new historical high level in the“Post-WTO Period”.The domestic environment,in which China retail enterprises exist and develop,will be changed a lot.Therefore,Chinese retail enterprises adaptive to the changes are the key factors to support these enterprises.Howev- er,There are still some problems,restrict Chinese retail enterprises,such as the small size,information transmission barrel and inefficient macro-control.The paing discusses the solutions to these problems.The purpose is to give some suggestions to Chinese retail enterprises for their development in the“Post-WTO Period”.
