| 摘 要： | 气象服务商业化是各国因应国民经济和社会发展对气象服务需求倍增的新形势的必然结果,它肇始于20世纪40、50年代的西方发达国家,80年代以后在世界各国得到快速发展,于今凭借WTO的威势正频叩我国气象部门尚属自我封闭的大门。从半个多世纪历史发展脉络和发达国家发展现状比对的宏阔视野,辨析商业气象兴起的背景和动因,概括"商业气象"的涵义,描摹商业气象发展的阶段性特征及其对应的在发展水平上各具代表性的发达国家商业气象的进展脉络。
