| 摘 要： | 该文研究了一些小型制造企业是如何使用非财务指标来评估自身业绩的,比较了使用传统财务指标的企业控制系统与综合使用财务和非财务指标的企业控制系统,目的是了解小型制造企业为了提高质量管理水平所采用的非财务指标能够被扩展运用到平衡记分卡管理模式的程度,进而提出一种小企业的战略计划与平衡记分卡相结合的管理模式.

| Abstract: | Based on our own research on the use of non-financial performance measures in small manufacturing firms, we suggest an approach that utilizes the model of using balanced scorecard for the benefit of small businesses. Our objective is to explore that the non-financial measures used by many small businesses for the purpose of quality management can be extended to the balanced scorecard mode and thereby create an effective strategic planning and control system. |
