| 摘 要： | 生态文明就是效法自然生态的规律,在社会发展中实现与自然生态的和谐与稳定.生态文明建设需要企业在伦理价值观、生产、技术、销售、制度和机制等方面的创新.可持续发展能力最大化是建设生态文明下的企业目标.绿色采购、清洁生产、资源循环利用、环保技术创新、环境伦理、绿色营销、生态管理制度等是实现企业目标的有效途径.
