道路交通弱势群体中非机动车驾乘人员的保护研究

随着道路交通运输事业的发展,交通事故已成为威胁人民生命财产安全的社会公害。尤其是行人和非机动车驾乘人员,他们是交通事故的弱者,更容易受到伤害,属于道路交通事故中的弱势群体。每一个道路的使用者都应该有平等的使用权利,对于这样的弱势群体,我们应该给予特别的关注。本文通过对近几年交通事故中非机动车事故的调查统计,以及具体事故数据采集与分析,从各个方面分析了事故特征及事故现状,提出了几点具体的事故预防办法以及我国对交通事故中行人与非机动车保护技术与措施。
