Reasons and Strategies for the Deepening Reform of State Owned Theaters and Performing Groups

With art economy history and economics analyzation method, from the angle of considering performing art as the intelligence product, the paper analyzes the nature, historic forming reasons, and reform reasons of state owned theaters and performing groups. It states that art producing and market are contradictory on one hand but they share something in common on the other, which becomes the dynamic of performing art development. The paper demonstrates that dealing with the relationship between the management of art producing and ideology properly is the guarantee of art innovation and development. Meanwhile, it points out the reform of state owned theaters and performing groups is the return of their former identity, which will enable them to win the audience back. However, there are some problems during reforming. The paper gives the strategies and suggestions for solving the new problems in new situation for the state owned theaters and performing groups after reform.
