Munitions trade, narcotic smuggling andwildlife trade are three biggest trade in the world. Authors consider that consumption by the human and illegaltrade of wild animal is one of the reason that directly causes the animal population decline. And another reasonis environment changes and damage of animal habitats. The human will suffer heavy losses if wildlife spotes areextinct extensively. Wildlife can be tamed and trained to livestock and poultry directly. It is more imPOrtant thatwild animal can be used asbio-technique materials for improve domestic animals (livestock) and domestic fowl(poultry) because they are gene bases which contain some of available genetic characters. Nowadays, utilitiesof wildlife concentrate on a fewer rare and in imminent danger species,contradictory between sustainable utilitiesand conservation is very obvious. Some of new technique should ie studied, such as new technique that can applynew methods to improve livestock and poultry, new materials that can substitute rare and imminent danger animal, new methods that can syntheticly utilize animal resources.
