| 摘 要： | 基于投资项目特别是大型基础设施建设项目在实施过程中所需进行的项目效益监测与评估,在建立节约型社会的宏观背景下,引入循环经济的理念来对项目的财务效益、国民经济效益、社会效益以及环境影响等方面进行分析,并得出相应的评估方式及评估重点。

| Abstract: | Based on the need of to monitoring and evaluation of project performance in the implementation of the investment project,especially large infrastructure construction project,this article systematically analyzes the financial performance,national economic performance,social performance,environmental affection etc,and at last concludes its relevant process and emphasis of monitoring and evaluation by introducing the theory of circular economy. |
