| 摘 要： | 信息社会生产平台有三个技术基础;数字化技术,建站技术,以及通讯网络技术。这些技术提供三项基本功用:电子传 讯、电子交割与电子融合。在此基础上,信息社会生产平台之上竞争呈现出三个特点:虚拟化、智能化与关联性。

| Abstract: | The technological foundation of the digital platform consists of three sets of technologies: digital technology , networking technology and authonng technology. The unique capacities of these technologies enable three major applications: digital messaging, digital transactions and digital integration. Based on the combinations of capacities and usage, the current digital platform is characterized by virtual, intelligence and inter - connectivity. |
