| Abstract: | In order to explore bilingual teaching for the students majoring in tourism management, our institute started pilot bilingual delivery of Human Resources Management in Hospitality Industry lectures for tourism management major students of three-year academic system in March, 2003. Based on the experience, this paper, as a summary of the present stage pilot practice, analyses the difficulties encountered during bilingual teaching and offers some countermeasures or suggestions aiming to strengthen bilingual teaching practice. |
