| 摘 要： | 文章以风险社会为背景,分析了福利国家的合法性及危机,认为福利国家有着坚实的合法性基础,能够适应风险社会条件下民众的需求。但是风险社会的深化给福利国家带来了深刻的制度危机,威胁着福利国家的合法性基础。福利国家需要适应新的社会条件,以新的发展来化解自身危机。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the Legitimacy and Crisis of Welfare State under the background of risk society.The legitimacy base of welfare state is so strong that it can meet the needs of people who are living in the risk society.However,as the risk society develops,deep institutional crisis is being brought to welfare state,which threatens the legitimacy base of welfare state.Welfare state should adapt to new social circumstances and dispel its crisis by developing itself. |
