| 摘 要： | 采用CGSS2008农村调查数据作了实证研究。更强的关系求职赞同态度、更高的自评阶层定位均会增强农村劳动力的关系网络联结强度,而关系网联结强度的增强又从整体上增加了农村劳动力求职实现的机会,那些给更多单位类型负责人拜年的农村劳动力,更有可能求职成功。经验研究的现实启示是,在社会整体诚信度有待提高和市场经济体制不完善的宏观背景下,固守强关系,仍是农村劳动力寻求求职实现的策略选择。

| Abstract: | Empirical analysis based on CGSS2008 shows stronger endorsement in Job-Search through Guanxi Web and higher cognition of estate strengthen the tie intensity in Guanxi Web of rural labor force, the factor of tie intensity in Guanxi Web has a significant effect, it is useful for Job-Search that Paying a New year calls to more leaders. The enlightenment is that social trust system and market economy system are needed to develop, and it is a game choice for rural labor force to adhere to strong ties. |
