| 摘 要： | 儿童艾滋感染者是当代我国艾滋病快速转播中一个正在凸现的群体。以母婴传播为主要途径的儿童艾滋病,在其防治与当前的法律环境中遇到了诸多问题:如预防检测、医学治疗和生存救助等,同时也缺乏有效的针对儿童艾滋的法律保障。在坚持切断母婴垂直传播作为遏制艾滋病向儿童传播的有效途径上,呼吁尽快建设良好的法律政策环境保护儿童艾滋感染者。

| Abstract: | Children's HiV/AIDs infection is one of the increase groups in the course of HiV/AIDs prevalence in today's China. Children's HIV/AIDs infection,the main approach is mother-infant infection,face with some puzzles among law context currently:such as prevalence check;medicine treatment and survival salvation,meanwhile,absence of effective law prevention to the children's HIV/AIDs. The paper persists in the effective way on cutting off the approach of HIV/AIDs infection between mother and infant,advocates building a favourable law context to the children's HIV/AIDs. |
