新疆南北疆人口的区域差异及对策研究

新疆人口在规模、结构及其变动等方面存在明显的区域差异性,解决这些差异对新疆人口的合理布局,推动区域协调发展具有重要意义。利用全国人口普查新疆数据,从人口空间布局、人口结构、人口流动、人口聚集四个方面,剖析了全疆及南北疆地区人口的区域差异。为适应新疆跨越式发展和长治久安的要求,需要统筹解决新疆人口发展问题,包括统筹新疆不同区域的人口数量、人口素质、人口结构、人口分布等,也包括统筹新疆人口发展中的公共服务均等化。

Study on Regional Differences and Countermeasures of Population in the Southern and Northern Xinjiang

The population of Xinjiang has obvious regional difference in the scale,structure and change etc. To resolve these differences on the rational distribution of population in Xinjiang,is of great significance to promote the coordinated regional development. This paper analyses the regional difference of population in North and South Xinjiang from the spatial distribution,structure,flows and aggregation four aspects of population by the national census data of Xinjiang,This paper argues that these regional differences in population,it is necessary to solve the problem of population development in Xinjiang as a whole,including co-ordination of the quantity,quality,structure and distribution of different regions of Xinjiang's population,but also including coordinating the development of Xinjiang's population equalization of public services.
