| 摘 要： | 运用2013年重庆市农民工调查数据,运用探测性因子分析方法,从家庭视角对农民工城市融合状况、结构及其影响因素进行了研究。农民工家庭的城市融合至少包含社会网络融合、文化融合、经济融合、心理融合、职业融合等五个方面;农民工家庭城市融合总体水平偏低;制约农民工家庭进一步融入城市的主要是职业和经济因素;家庭月收入等多重因素对农民工家庭的城市融合具有影响作用。

| Abstract: | Using the survey data of peasant worker families in Chongqing city in 2013 and exploratory factor analysis method,the paper has conducted the research to the city integrating situation,structure and its influencing factors of peasant workers from the family perspective.The study found that the city integrating of peasant workers contains social network integration,cultural integration,economic integration,psychological integration,occupation integration at least.In addition,the study found that the city integrating of peasant workers at a lower level and the main barriers include occupation and economic factors.Furthermore,it has been found multiple factors such as family income affect the city integrating of peasant worker families. |
