| 摘 要： | 当前湖北鲜活农产品“卖难”、“买难”等现象交替出现，成为社会高度关注的问题。通过对湖北省鲜活农产品流通面临基本形势的判断，指出了鲜活农产品流通存在的问题，并对产生问题的原因进行了剖析，最后提出按照打造“三个主体”、发展“三种模式”、创新“三个机制”、构建“三种能力”建设思路，构建布局合理、功能完善、科学高效、竞争有序的鲜活农产品流通体系。

| Abstract: | It is a social issue of great concern that difficulty of selling and buying appear alternately in fresh agricultural products. This paper judged the situation of fresh agricultural products in Hubei, pointed out the problems and its reasons of circulation. On based above analyses, we proposed suggestions to build reasonable, comprehensive, scientific, efficient and competitive circulation system of fresh agricultural products in Hubei. |
