| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，中国医药制造业快速发展，在保障人民健康方面做出了重要贡献。但与世界医药制造业大国相比。中国还有明显差距。为此，推进中国医药制造业的并购和重组、加大医药制造业的R＆D投入和加强医药制造业的政府管制是提升市场竞争力的必然选择。

| Abstract: | We have found out that there are organization confution in Chinese pharmaceutical industry. So we should advance medicine manufacturing mergence and reorganization, increase medicine manufacturing increased R＆D input, strengthen medicine manufacturing control of the government. |
