| 摘 要： | 发展现代农业是社会主义新农村建设的首要任务，也是以科学发展观统领农村工作的必然要求。进一步加大农业投入，加强农业基础设施建设；提高农业科技创新和转化能力，提高农民素质；搞好农业产业化经营，建立健全现代农业服务体系和推进农业标准化等，是解决在新农村建设中现代农业发展问题的关键。

| Abstract: | Developing modern agriculture is the primary task in new countryside construction and is necessary for work in rural areas directed by scientific developing view.It is necessary to increase investments in agriculture,strengthern infrastructure construction,increase technology creativity and ability of achievement application,raise farmers' quality,develop agriculture industrialization management,establish and improve the modern agricultural service system and push agriculture standardization. |
