| 摘 要： | 通过对国外几个典型的创新型产业集群进行研究分析,发现虽然不同的产业集群在不同背景下,会有不同的发展道路,但这些集群内的企业都能够比其他地区的企业具有更高的生产效率并取得成本领先优势;具有更快的创新速度并获得技术水平和质量水平的提高;具有更低的产业进入壁垒使小企业不断涌现,充满活力,从而发现我国产业集群缺乏自由创新能力,提出了大力发展高新技术产业群,强化技术创新,推进柔性生产,实施产业集群品牌工程的对策.

| Abstract: | Through research we find that under different into the development of several typical regional industrial clusters of overseas, backgrounds different industrial clusters will develop on different paths, such that the finns in the industrial clusters achieve greater production efficiency and have a leading advantage in the cost over the finns in other regions; finns in the industrial clusters innovate at greater speed and they make improvements in both technology and quality; the low industrial entrance barrier enables small dynamic finns to spring up. We try to find the problem of our industrial clusters, such as lacking of the ability of innovation, and we should develop high-tech industry cluster, strengthern the technology innovation and execute the industry cluster engineering. |
