温州鞋业应对欧洲贸易壁垒的5R模型

欧盟对中国皮鞋征收16．5％反倾销税的政策出台，提高了中国鞋类产品出口欧洲的门槛，而且在传统贸易壁垒的基础上，欧洲的新贸易壁垒和民间壁垒也逐渐呈上升趋势。中国鞋类产品，特别是占很大比重的温州鞋在欧洲市场将面临更加严峻的挑战。为有效应对欧洲贸易壁垒，目前温州鞋商应构建5R模型，通过五方面的努力，即利用各种社会资源，构建与当地政府和民众的良好关系，提高产品质量，创造和提高品牌声誉，加强风险管理。
