摘    要:在固体饮料朝着多元化、个性化、差异化、独特性方向发展的今天,固体饮料质量安全标准的研究应与时代相结合,与技术进步和科技创新相结合,研究修订固体饮料理化指标的考核标准和不同固体饮料个性特征的评定标准,加强固体饮料卫生、安全性研究,尽快制定和实施婴幼儿固体饮料的生产、检测国家标准,全面提升固体饮料的质量安全性。
