加氢处理过程模型的研究

为了改善重油品质以及优化炼厂加氢装置操作,本文开发了用于预测特定条件下加氢产品品质的加氢处理过程模型。在建立模型过程中,对一些相关重要问题进行了阐述,并对与上述问题有关的研究成果进行了综述。加氢过程模拟是设计新装置以及现有装置改扩建的必要环节。在超低硫含量操作装置中如何预测不同进料以及操作条件下的加氢操作性能,是炼油厂要面临的重要挑战之一。
