企业创建扁平化组织结构及其主要措施

目前国际上很多公司都在大刀阔斧地压缩管理层次，扩大管理幅度，通过组织扁平化提高竞争优势。我国已经有一些企业进行了组织结构创新，并且取得了很好的效果。但目前绝大部分企业，尤其是大型企业集团，企业组织基本上还属于金字塔型结构，必须作战略性的变革。我国企业要构建扁平化组织结构。必须突破传统文化和传统管理理论的束缚，必须分权与集权相结合，必须实行团队式管理，必须建立学习型组织，必须提高人员素质，必须加强计算机网络技术建设。

Flat Organizations Improve Corporate Competitiveness

Many corporations in the world have improved their competitiveness by simplifying their management structure to establish fiat organizations. Some Chinese enterprises have followed suit and achieved success. However, most of Chinese firm adopt pyramid management. To carry out reform, they must break down the barrier of traditional culture and traditional management theories and adopt team management, establish learning organizations, improve the quality of staff and strengthen develop ment of computer network technologies.
