我国推行“五支柱养老金制度”分析

为老年人口提供全面的、可行的、保障基本生活的养老保障制度是实现“人人老有所养”目标的必经之路。利用制度分析方法，认为在养老保障建设方面，我国存在严重的制度供给不足问题，并且现行的“三支柱养老金制度”运行效率低下，难以解决实际问题。引入“五支柱养老金制度”并进行可行性分析，认为其是适合我国国情的，能解决我国养老保障建设中遇到的问题。

The Analysis of Practicing Five-pillar Pension System in China

In order to fulfill the goal of offering a proper pension to each elderly person, it is the necessary way to build up a comprehensive and feasible pension system which can guarantee a basic life level for them. According to institutional analysis, there is a very serious problem on institutions＂ shortage of supply, and also the inefficient Three -pillar Pension System in our country, which cant resolve the practical problems. By introducing and anglicizing the feasibility of Five - pillar Pension System, this paper aims to demonstrate that the new system is adapting to China＇s national conditions, which can ultimately solve the existing problems during the process of constructing the new pension system.
