| 摘 要： | 通过选择沈阳市创新活动较为活跃的两家制造业企业作为典型,实证研究了企业技术创新与就业关系,其结果显示:拥有核心技术的产品创新对就业的拉动较大,而生产的饱和程度、劳动力结构的变化都会抵消技术创新对就业的拉动作用.而沈阳市企业缺乏原创型技术创新,是技术创新活动时劳动力就业拉动不足的根本原因.
