新一代灵活型加氢裂化催化剂FC-32的研制

FC-32加氢裂化催化剂是中国石化抚顺石油化工研究院开发的新一代灵活型加氢裂化催化剂。该催化剂采用新技术制备,酸性组分和加氢组分可在催化剂中均匀分布,具有适宜的加氢裂化活性、很高的开环选择性、良好的稳定性、较强的温度敏感性和优先裂解重组能力,可用于生产高芳潜重石脑油,高十六烷值清洁柴油以及低BMCI（芳烃指数）值、富含链烷烃、T90点和干点较原料油显著降低的加氢裂化尾油产品。

Preparation of New Generation Flexible Hydrocracking Catalyst FC-32

FC -32 is a new generation flexible hydrocracking catalyst developed by SINOPEC Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute with new process. As the acid component and hydrogen component distribute uniformly in the catalyst, it has appropriate hydrocracking activity, high ring opening selectivity, good stability, high temperature sensitivity and optimal cracking and recomposing capacity. It can be used to produce high aromatic potential content heavy naphtha, high cetane number clean diesel and hydrocracking tail oil products with low BMCI value, rich paraffin hydrocarbon and remarkable lower T90 point and dry point than material oil.
